These Terms cover your use of the Regalglacierresidence website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is so. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are stated in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay where a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, fails to observe our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is offered solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables that are not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Regalglacierresidence or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
